On the first day at his new college, Sushant, a student in Outer Delhi claims he was ordered by two seniors to strip, then dance for them. The police has now registered a criminal case against the seniors. The college has initiated a formal inquiry, something it is obliged to do after the new Supreme Court guidelines on ragging.
