Rahul becomes hope for tribals
Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi visited some of the tribal areas of Chhattisgarh that have not benefited from government schemes. The Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme has not reached them because it is so poorly implemented. Other rural schemes cover farmers and not the tribals, who are traditionally artisans.
