The mahagathbandhan in Uttar Pradesh is one step closer to being finalised. The Congress has made it clear they are willing to fight under the leadership of Akhilesh Yadav. This announcement comes days before a formal joint statement of all members of this grand alliance which is also meant to include Ajit Singh's RLD. All this a day after the Election Commission made it clear the bicycle symbol of the Samajwadi Party goes to the Akhilesh Yadav camp thereby bringing to an end the family feud as far as leadership of the party is concerned.
