Rahul Gandhi on UP visit
Rahul Gandhi is making his first visit to Uttar Pradesh, which is his home state, ever since he became the general secretary of All India Congress Committee. He is attending a meeting of the state Congress committee in Lucknow, which has on its agenda measures to strengthen the party's organisational structure and review its preparedness for the next Lok Sabha polls.
