Rahul Gandhi's ISIS Analogy: Does Exclusion Breed Terrorism?
The BJP says Rahul Gandhi's ISIS remarks in Germany mean that he is justifying terror. We look at Mr Gandhi's claim that exclusion from development creates a vacuum which breeds terrorist ideologies. Rahul Gandhi also said that unemployment had a direct bearing on lynching in the country.
