Rahul Gandhi slams Mulayam, says he 'shelters goons'
On the third day of his five-day rally in Uttar Pradesh, Rahul Gandhi was at Balrampur district where the Congress does not have a single MLA out of the five assembly seats. Besides targeting the Mayawati government, Rahul Gandhi also launched an assault on Mulayam Singh saying that his Samajwadi Party sheltered goons and there was complete lawlessness in the state during his regime.
