Rahul Gandhi To Take Chopper To Manipur District After Convoy Stopped | Read
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi convoy was stopped by the police today on the way to Churachandpur, one of the worst-hit districts in the Manipur ethnic violence. Police said that Rahul Gandhi's convoy was stopped at Bishnupur, 20 kilometres from Imphal, over security concerns. The Congress leader is now heading back to Imphal and will take a helicopter instead of travelling to Churachandpur by road.
