He also challenges Mr Gandhi to answer five questions to the public. Mr Gandhi announced his candidacy from Raebareli in Uttar Pradesh after the polls for Wayanad, his current seat, had concluded. It was rumoured for a long time that Mr Gandhi could contest from Amethi (against incumbent union minister Smriti Irani) but finally announced his second seat is Raebareli, for which will be campaigning for the first time today.
