Rain batters Uttarakhand, Himachal: Toll crosses 130
At least 130 people have died in the "killer monsoon" that pulverized the states of Uttarkahand and Himachal Pradesh with torrential rain since Saturday night. More than 70,000 pilgrims remain stranded, many of them were en route to the famous temple of Kedarnath.
