Rain Fury: People Stranded En Route To Manali
NDTV travels from Kullu to Manali and reports from Himachal's worst-hit areas. The heavy rain has left portion of expressway leading to Raisan destroyed and there is no access to resorts along the Kullu-Manali highway resulting in people being stranded en route to Manali.
