Rain havoc: Chennai residents blame govt
Saturday's heavy rains in Chennai threw life out of gear in many pockets of the city. Velacherry in South Chennai had got battered and marooned during last year's monsoon. This year it was almost a repeat but for the quantum of the flooding.
