A video of a Dalit youth being beaten up is going viral on social media. Some people were seen beating up a youth after tying his hands and legs and hanging him upside down from a tree. After the video went viral, Barmer police took cognizance and started investigating the case. According to the information received, the youth was arrested a few days ago by the Chohtan police station in a bike theft case and had come out on bail just two days ago. On Friday, the accused caught the youth and took him to their house and then beat him up.
