Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will address parliament on the India-China border row today, shows the parliament's list of business for the day. The minister's address is expected to take place around 3 pm -- at the beginning of the proceedings in the Lok Sabha. The government has been under consistent attack from the Congress, spearheaded by Rahul Gandhi, over the stand-off with China at the Line of Actual Control -- the de facto border between the two countries.
