Randeep Surjewala's Sexist And Shameful Remark On Hema Malini: Will Congress Apologise?
Under fire for his reportedly sexist comments about actor and MP Hema Malini, Congress leader Randeep Surjewala has been summoned by the Haryana women's panel on April 9. The issue came to light when the BJP's IT cell head Amit Malviya posted a video on X and wrote: "Congress MP Randeep Surjewala makes a vile sexist comment that is demeaning and derogatory not just for Hema Malini, who is an accomplished individual, but women in general." Under fire from the BJP and women's groups for his remarks, Mr Surjewala said selective parts from the video have been put up.
