Rape took place in off-duty hours of a chartered bus, says Delhi Police commissioner
The police have arrested four of six men who allegedly gang-raped a 23-year-old medical student and beat her brutally. Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar said he will request courts to fast track this case and there should be a day-to-day trial.
