Rape victim ends life in desperation
Two months ago, a young woman was allegedly raped by two policemen inside a police station in Rohtak, Haryana but the police did not respond to her complaint. On Monday, Sarita, the 35-year-old mother of two, killed herself, just outside the Haryana DGP's office in Panchkula. For the past few days, she had been demanding action against two policemen posted in Rohtak.
