RAW chief for tough anti-terror law
Outgoing RAW chief PHK Tharakan has favoured a tough anti-terror law for the country. "I would like to say that in the West since 9/11, they faced a new reality and they have armed themselves with additional powers. First Australia, the UK, the US... many countries have done that. So that is something that we like to take note of," he said.
