RBI may ask banks to review ties with PwC
The Reserve Bank may ask banks to be more cautious in their dealings with PricewaterhouseCoopers, the statutory auditor of scam-tainted Satyam Computer. "It is quite natural that the Reserve Bank may ask banks to be more cautious in their dealings with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) after the Satyam scam," an IBA official said. However, there is no official communication to this effect so far but it is expected that the apex bank may take such a step, the official said.
