Rahul Gandhi today made a sensational charge that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is corrupt. "It is personal corruption of the Prime Minister that we have detailed information on," he said adding that "Prime Minister is personally terrified" and not letting him speak in parliament for the information "is going to explode his (PM) balloon".
