Ready for debate but Opposition cannot decide the rules: Kamal Nath ahead of winter session
Commenting on the demand for a debate on FDI under rule 184 in the Winter Session, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath said the Opposition cannot insist on time, date and rule under which a discussion can take place.
