Real estate market sees cooling off
We have heard about sales dropping by 30-40 per cent in the housing market but we haven't seen that translate into prices. But now for the first time, developers are admitting that if housing prices haven't cooled off so far, they will soon. "For the coming six months, I see softening in realty prices, which has been growing at rapid pace yielding profits for builders," said Harshvardhan Neotia, Chairman, Ambuja Realty Development.
