Reality Bites: Bullets in a temple (Aired: September 2002)
On September 24, 2002, two gunmen opened fire on the devotees gathered in Gujarat's Akshardham temple. In the aftermath of the bloody attack, a fragile peace exists in the state. In the hospital at Gandhinagar, the injured have only faith to cling to and very little hope. Many, like Raju, escaped death by sheer luck. Their families did not.
