In a military hospital in Jammu, a two-year-old girl sits on a bed. Her face is held together by a plate, she has two fingers missing from a hand. In separate ward, another little girl talks about how a bullet ripped through her chest. Many of the tiny patients of a horrific militant attack are simply silent, but doctors say talking about their pain is the first step in the healing process.
