India has nearly four times more women pilots than the global average. Now, Air India, which employs more than 4,500 women in its workforce is taking its commitment to equal opportunities one step further. To mark International Women's Day, an all-women crew will take off from Delhi on one of the longest flights on Earth - Delhi to San Francisco, non-stop. Every single member of the crew - pilots, cabin crew, flight engineers, even the air traffic controllers in Delhi will be women. On The Buck Stops Here, we meet some of Air India's women stars who fly our flag abroad.
