Reforms 2.0: No consensus, no reforms?
What many thought would be D-day for the UPA government, with Mamata Banerjee possibly withdrawing support, may not actually turn out that way. A day ahead of Ms Banerjee announcing her decision there is a sense that the government is secure after pushing through big-ticket reforms in retail and aviation. But is that it or can the government keep up the momentum of reform?
