Rekha Gupta Is A Former DUSU President; A Look At DUSU's Political Legacy
Delhi's new Chief Minister, Rekha Gupta, served as the President of the Delhi University Students' Union, or DUSU, during her college years. Gupta, who has been associated with the RSS for 32 years, began her political journey with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) at Delhi University's Daulat Ram College in 1992. She was elected Secretary of DUSU in 1995-96 and became its President a year later.
