Reliance find questioned by DGH
The Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH) is upset that market sensitive information like oil and gas gets reported to the media and not to the directorate. VK Sibal, India's director general of hydrocarbons says market sensitive information should not be reported until the discoveries are certified by the DGH.
