In a landmark ruling today, the Delhi High Court told the government to remove Greenpeace activist Priya Pillai's name from a no-fly list saying that dissent cannot be muzzled in a democracy and insisting that citizens can have different opinions of development policies and crucially that the right to dissent cannot be called anti-national.
