Remembering Justice JS Verma
Justice JS Verma, former Chief Justice of India, who headed the anti-rape law panel has been a guest on NDTV's Your Call on two occasions. On both the shows he spoke candidly about many issues about the judiciary, including his role in bringing together recommendations on improving women's safety, his concern about the delay in verdicts for the Gujarat riot cases and what it was to head the first commission on the Rajiv Gandhi assassination.
