Rescuers cleared out debris in Ukraine's Sumy on Monday (April 14) following a deadly missile strike on the city a day earlier. Two Russian ballistic missiles slammed into the heart of the northern Ukrainian city on Sunday (April 13) killing 34 people and wounding 119 in the deadliest strike on Ukraine this year, officials said.
