Reservation policy spells disaster for students
For 21-year-old Kumund Ranjan, a farmer's son in Darbhanga, the 27 per cent increase in reservations for backward classes spells disaster. It has been a long journey for Ranjan to become the president of Kirorimal College and he says the new system is only votebank politics under which students like him will suffer.
