Reserved HC verdict leaked, published
A judgment of the Madras High Court has been published in a law journal even before the judge delivered it. The judge had brought his judgment to the court in a sealed cover but reserved his verdict after one of the parties wanted to make additional arguments. But the order has been mysteriously published in the Tamilnadu Law Notes Journal.
