Resource allocation: SC ruling has vindicated PM’s stand, says senior advocate
The Supreme Court has said that auction is not the only way of allocating natural resources. State governments should feel comfortable about signing leases with private companies on a nomination basis given that the Supreme Court has provided clarity on the matter now, says KTS Tulsi, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court.
