Calling actor Rhea Chakraborty's arrest in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case "a foregone conclusion", the former director general of police of Uttar Pradesh, Vikram Singh, says "it was only a matter of time". He also raised questions on the case filed by the 28-year-old actor, who was arrested today by the Narcotics Control Bureau after three days of questioning in connection with drugs-related allegations.
