From sitting MLA to Lok Sabha candidate, Kilari Venkata Rosaiah is the YSRCP candidate in Guntur. He says his opponent's, Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar, only claim to fame is that he is the richest candidate. Mr Rosaiah alleged that Mr Sekhar has not paid a single rupee tax in India whereas he has people-connect and is well known in the area.
