"Right Of Victim": Haryana BJP Spokesperson On Rape Convict Ram Rahim's Parole
"I don't think the government has a role in this (the release of Rape Convict Dera Chief Ram Rahim Singh). It is the right of a victim to get parole," said DP Kaushik, spokesperson, BJP, Haryana on being asked whether it is really that easy for an individual to be granted parole, after rape and murder convict Ram Rahim got a 40-day parole.
