RIL, ONGC to share rigs to save costs
During these unprecedented times of economic crisis, most businesses are deploring the fact that the slowdown is making trading conditions difficult, but some firms are joining hands to battle the crisis. State-run ONGC and its private competitor Reliance Industries are now ready to share some of their resources to save costs and money too.
