Road Safety Week: Government Working On Road Safety Law of International Standards

At the launch of the NDTV-Diageo Road Safety Week campaign, Minister of Transport and Highways – Nitin Gadkari said, he is confident of improving the state of road safety in India by introducing more stricter laws. The campaign while highlighting the appalling state of roads in India and the need to focus on road safety, also came up with a 7-point agenda on Road Safety to present to the government for implementation.
