Road sector issues need to be addressed: IL&FS Transportation Networks
As the stand-off on the road sector continues, Mukund Sapre, ED of IL&FS Transportation Networks, says that issues of de-linking forest clearance from environment clearance must be resolved quickly. He, however, adds that the industry must take a realistic view of returns on projects and avoid aggressive bidding practices.
