Street lights may or may not have a direct correlation with crime rate, but one thing's for sure - brighter levels of light on roads do make people feel safe. NDTV in partnership with Uber has launched the 'Roshan Dilli' campaign to try and raise safety standards in capital New Delhi. The focus is to try and improve lighting in public spaces. Lighting is a key factor in shaping women's perceptions of safety, according expert. The campaign will not just work on new light installations but also repair faulty lights to light up the dark spots across the capital.
