Rourkela Steel Plant And USHA Silai School's Shared Goals To Empower Women
USHA International and Rourkela Steel Plant have partnered to empower women in the Rourkela region of Odisha. This collaboration established the USHA Training-cum-Production Center (TCPC), where women are trained in sewing and stitching, providing them with sustainable skills and an alternate source of livelihood, thus enabling them to achieve financial independence.
