The suggested of a Jammu and Kashmir minister for a separate currency for the state has snowballed into a major controversy. First he suggested a separate currency for Jammu and Kashmir and now the state's Finance Minister Tariq Hameed Qaraa is advocating a common currency for all of south Asia.
