Rs. 4 mn for J&K protests: Separatist’s confession

The Director General of Jammu and Kashmir police Kuldeep Khoda has said that more than Rs. 40 lakh were spent to fuel protests and finance stone pelting in Kashmir, and the money came from many separatist leaders including Syed Ali Shah Geelani.
