The Bihar verdict could see the voices of dissent within the BJP and the Sangh Parivar grow much louder. Speaking to NDTV, BJP leader Shatrughan Sinha targeted Amit Shah, saying that some of the language that the party president used during campaigning in the state was totally avoidable. Shotgun, as the actor-turned-politician is popularly known, also said that if a captain of a team gets praise, then he must also deal with the brickbats. Mr Sinha also called for a meeting of the BJP's parliamentary board, saying accountability must be fixed and a lesson taught to those who were responsible for the defeat in Bihar. He also described the team of Nitish Kumar, Lalu Yadav and Rahul Gandhi as 'sone pe suhaga,' calling them a wonder team.
