Rural Punjab, Haryana Children Head Abroad For Studies
August is right around the corner and many students are getting ready to go to foreign universities, now it seems students from rural Punjab and Haryana are desperate to head abroad. So much so that their families are selling land in villages to send daughters abroad. The students say there are very few opportunities here. Haryana's unemployment rate is highest in India. NDTV's Ghazali brings this report.
