The nuclear rhetoric in the Russia-Ukraine war is getting shriller. Russia has claimed, though so far without any evidence, that Ukraine is developing a "dirty bomb" - a bomb laced with radioactive/chemical elements. The NATO has called the claim absurd. The US has called it typical disinformation by the Kremlin.
