Dr Igor Polikha, Ambassador of Ukraine to India, said that Russia had 'miscalculated in its propaganda,' and that top Russian leaders had been sure that they'd win the war in Ukraine in a matter of days. "Russian soldiers were told that they'd be welcomed with flowers, that there'd be a 'swagatam samiti' for them in Ukraine,' he said.
