S Jaishankar's "Political Convenience" Jibe At Canada At UN
In a veiled attack on Canada, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar today told the United Nations that the "political convenience" could not be the basis for a nation's response to terrorism or extremism, and stressed on the need to respect territorial integrity and called for "non-interference in internal affairs".
