Sabharwal case: Justice seems doubtful
The Professor Sabharwal murder case became a classic example of justice denied, as key witnesses refused to testify against the six ABVP activists, who are accused of beating the Ujjain college professor to death in full public view. BJP student wing leader, Vimal Tomar, who was caught on camera, threatening the professor, was visited in hospital by none other than the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Chauhan.
