SAFAL Retail Chain Sees High Demand As Buyers Rush To Stockpile Amid Lockdown
Sales at Safal stores have doubled since PM Modi announced the 21-day nation-wide lockdown to curb the spread of coronavirus. Daily sales have gone up from around Rs 15,000 to almost Rs 50,000. Shelves are almost empty even though normal supplies. The stores are seeing high customer demands after the lockdown announcement.
